It's a.....

GIRL!!!!!

I still can't believe it!  We had a great u/s appt.  Baby looked really good and we got some nice pictures of HER.  She is weighing in at 9oz at 18w5d which is completely normal.  I checked back to see what Benny weighed and he was 10oz, so pretty similar.  My cervix also looked good, so that means only one more cervical length check (in 4 weeks) and then I will be released from u/s.

We had a nice reveal party with friends and family that night too.  When we cut the cake, I was shocked to see the pink frosting!  We didn't have a girl name or a single item of clothing yet....but I'm sure I'll get there!

Boy or Girl?

So today is the day!

According to the Chinese Gender Prediction chart, I am having a girl.

According to http://www.babygenderprediction.com/old-wives-tales-gender-prediction-method.html, there is a 53% chance I am having a girl and a 47% chance that I am having a boy...

After evaluating all of your answers, BabyMed concludes that there is a 66.7% chance it's going to be a GIRL and a 33.3% chance it's a boy. !!! - See more at: http://www.babymed.com/boy-or-girl-gender-prediction-quiz-and-test?question=results#sthash.TQz4J66K.dpuf

Ramzi's method says: girl

SOOOO....basically all the "myths" say girl.  I am 100% unsure of what it is.  If I had to guess, I'd say boy??

8 week 4 days OB appt.

The OB appt. went well!

We discussed several things.  First, I asked if I could try for VBA2C.  The answer was basically no.  She said the risk of rupture after a 2nd section was 5-7x higher than after just one.  Although I've always wanted to have a VB, I don't think it is worth the risk this time around (plus, I'm getting my tubes tied after this one).

Secondly, we talked about C-section date.  She said, so how's Dec 22nd.  I said...no!!!  She kind of laughed and asked why??  I told her that I'd like to wait 'til after Christmas if possible.  She told me I was one of the only people who ever asked to have a C-section AFTER their due date.  As of now, it is scheduled for Dec 29th.  If I go into labor before, obviously I will have the baby then!

Third, we discussed my upset stomach.  She said sometimes heartburn can cause diarrhea.  She suggested I take the Zantac everyday, instead of as needed.  I have been doing so and it seems to have helped a bit, but still having some stomach issues.

Forth topic was racing!  I had mentioned that I did a 5K at 5 weeks, had another one at 9 weeks and 10 weeks.  She had no problems with this.  Then we talked about Tough Mudder (16 weeks).  She thinks it is ok for me to do if I skip the obstacles.  I agree and plan on doing it unless I don't feel well or the weather is too hot/cold, etc.

Next appt. is at 12 weeks right after 1st tri screening/u/s.

8w2d...graduated from RE

Had my last u/s at the RE office today!  It went well.  Everything looked good.  Baby is measuring at exactly 8w2d.  I even saw the baby wiggle a bit!

Went and got my b/w done for my TSH.  Hopefully it is good and I can stick with the current dose.

I have an appt. with my OB in 2 days.

RE appt - first u/s

6 weeks and 5 days

Had an appt. with Dr. M. today.  It was short and sweet.  Saw the baby, saw the heart beat and everything looked good!

I estimated my due date to be 12/27/14, he said the baby was measuring for due date of 12/28/14.  Same difference right?

Here's a pic of the little guy/girl??

For Realz?

Soooooo.  I'm 4w3d today.  Crazy right?  Took only 10 cycles of trying this time.  We were giving it 'til the end of summer to work out or DH was going to get a vasectomy.

I got a BFP at 12 DPO.  Beta at 13DPO was 360.  Got the call today that my 15 DPO beta was 875, which is awesome.  My thyroid is still low so they doubled my dose of synthroid.

I'm going for an u/s with my RE on May 8th (6w5d).  Excited, nervous...you know the drill.

How did I get pregnant this time?  I don't even really know.  I had a HSG on April 1st and ovulated on April 5th....could that have been it?  Or could it have been the synthroid that I started?  Both?  Either way, I will take it.  This will be our last one.
