36 weeks!
How big is baby: Your baby is still packing on the pounds — at the rate of about an ounce a day. She now weighs almost 6 pounds (like a crenshaw melon) and is more than 18 1/2 inches long. (Even though Baby B is actually almost 7lbs!)
Sleep: I have a cough or something this week, so it is a little more difficult to sleep.
Movement: Oh yes....allllll over the place. He is head down with his back to my left side
Food cravings: None really...but have almost gone through another package of double stuffed Oreos
Food adversions: none
specifically
Gender: It's still
a BOY!!
Symptoms: Heartburn, shortness or breath, lots of pressure, kind of crampy, cranky
What do I miss: Sleeping on my
stomach, regular clothes, working out, being able to take medicine without
feeling guilty, fully caffienated drinks, wanting to eat food
Best moment of the week:
Got to see Baby B again (one last time befor me makes his real debut)
What I'm looking forward to:
The rest of summer, meeting my new boy
Milestones: 36 weeks, almost into the "month I'm due"
Maternity clothes: Pants at work, still wearing my regular shirts, but I have to make sure they are long enough.
Weight gain: +13 lbs (-4 lb
from last week)
35w6d u/s
Had a good u/s yesterday at 35 weeks and 6 days. Baby B is going to be a bigggggg baby if he makes it all the way until the end of August! Yesterday he was measuring at 6lbs 15oz! Yeah....at just under 36 weeks!
I had an u/s with ds #1 (4.5 years ago) at 36 weeks since my belly was measuring 4 weeks behind. Ds #1 was estimated to be 4lbs 1oz at that time! Quite the difference!
The u/s tech said that if Baby B makes it to his due date, she thinks he will be around 9lbs. Guess we will just have to wait and see!
And for fun.... here is a pic of ds #1 @ 36 weeks

1st internal exam today... (35w3d)
Well, Dr. F. didn't even bother with the group B strep test since I was positive for it back in one of my urine cultures from one of my 3 UTIs. She said we will just go ahead and call it positive and I will get the antibiotics while in labor.
She did an internal exam and I was found to be 2-3 cm dilated and 60-70% effaced. I am not really suprised since I was 3 cm and 70% effaced with ds #1 at 36 weeks.

35 weeks!
How big is baby: Your baby doesn't have much room to maneuver now that he's over 18 inches long and tips the scales at 5 1/4 pounds (pick up a honeydew melon).
Sleep: Sleeping ok as long as I have my body pillow and fan

active kid in there
Food cravings: just back to being hungry in general
Food adversions: none
specifically
Gender: It's still
a BOY!!
Symptoms: Heartburn is about the same (maybe a little better this week)
What do I miss: Sleeping on my
stomach, regular clothes, working out, being able to take medicine without
feeling guilty, fully caffienated drinks
Best moment of the week:
Chase's won the "game ball" at his T-ball game. We also got a new iPad which is pretty cool!
What I'm looking forward to: Having another u/s in 6 days
Milestones: I'm 35 weeks which means only 35 days left until my due date!
Maternity clothes: Stinks having to wear pants at work since it has been so hot out. I immediately change into shorts when I come home.
